HSE (Health Safety Environmental) Professional – Certified Safety Professional
Responsibilities: Implementation of the safety program, for the safe execution of the project specific Site Safety Plan and compliance with all local, state and federal safety, health and environmental requirements.
Qualifications: Degree in Health, Safety & Environmental management or equal with 3 years or more field experience and/or advanced training or certification such as CSP, ASP, CHST. Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of OSHA-CFR 1926 “Construction Safety & Health”, the New York City Department of Buildings Construction Safety requirements, Chapter 33 and FDNY Code Chapter 14. Proficient in the use of MS Excel, and basic Windows applications
Site Safety Manager
Responsibilities: Perform safety inspections, safety assessments, safety audits. Conduct site safety orientation. Compile daily, weekly, monthly reports. Ensure compliance for the safety of site workers and the general public
Qualifications: NYC DOB Site Safety License. Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of OSHA-CFR 1926 “Construction Safety & Health”, the New York City Department of Buildings Construction Safety requirements, Chapter 33 and FDNY Code Chapter 14. Accident investigation capabilities/experience. Knowledgeable of various construction trades/skills. Proficient in the use of MS Excel, and basic Windows applications
Site Safety Inspector

Construction Site Fire Safety Manager
Responsibilities: Ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Fire Code, and the FDNY Rules. Conduct inspection of the construction site and all fire safety measures on a daily basis, and maintains records. Ensure compliance for the safety of site workers and the general public.
Qualifications: NYC FD CSFSM License, OSHA 10, OSHA 30 Certification. Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of OSHA-CFR 1926 “Construction Safety & Health”, the New York City Department of Buildings Construction Safety requirements, Chapter 33 and FDNY Code Chapter 14. Electrical Inspector
Responsibilities: Field inspection, pre-startup assistance and supervision of electrical installation.
Qualifications: 5-15 years experience installing or inspecting electrical power and instrumentation conduit, cable trays, wiring and equipment in industrial process or commercial projects. Ability to read and navigate process & instrumentation diagrams of electrical plans and specifications. Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Proficient in the use of MS Excel, and basic Windows applications
Mechanical Inspector
Responsibilities: Field inspection to ensure adherence of contractors to contract documents. Supervision of mechanical installation.
Qualifications: : 5-15 years experience installing or inspecting large diameter waste/wastewater piping and water/wastewater treatment or processing equipment. Power generation facility construction experience. Ability to read and navigate diagrams of mechanical plans and specifications. Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Proficient in the use of MS Excel, and basic Windows applications.
